Jen Chapin

Jennifer "Jen" Elspeth Chapin' (July 1972-) is an American singer and activist. Jen is the daughter of Harry Chapin. She is married to musician Stephan Crump. Jen's philanthropic efforts focus on hunger and poverty. She serves as the chair of World Hunger Year, which was founded by her father in 1975.
