Harry Chapin Tribute This concert at Carnegie Hall in honor of Harry receiving the Special Congressional Gold Medal was filmed and played on PBS stations for a number of years as a fundraiser.   A CD of the concert was also released.  Buy This TV show has not be released commercially. It's been a long time (mid 1990's) since I have seen it on the local PBS station also.
