Could You Put Your Light On, Please

The version on the vinyl Heads and Tales album is different than the version on the CD. This song was released as a single in 1972.

From the Heads and Tales songbook for the album, Harry writes, "It's a challenge to write a song as good as a good woman, especially when you didn't understand her. But try and do your best both with the relationship, and when and if it ends, at least you find yourself with the knowledge that you tried to make work."
