PoliticsHarry's involvement with politics and politicians was multi-faceted. Harry helped in campaign efforts of many politicians. He worked with the U.S. Congress and President Jimmy Carter to form a presidential commission on World Hunger. Harry's earlier efforts in politics included running the print literature campaign for Al (Allard) Lowenstein in 1970. Al was later killed by a troubled young man in 1980.
