Lily Chapin is an American singer. She performs with her two sisters, Abigail Chapin and Jessica Craven as part of the singing group The Chapin Sisters. Lily is the daughter of Tom Chapin and niece of Harry Chapin. She can also appears with The Chapin Family at some of their concerts.
