You Are the Only Song is a 1983 VHS release of a 1980 Harry Chapin concert performance at Hamilton Place in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This performance was originally released as the The Final Concert.

A 2006 DVD release titled You Are the Only Song - 25th Anniversary is an enhanced version of that includes 5 additional tracks, one featuring Tom Chapin's Crystal Green.
