Bill Pere is a singer-songwriter and music educator. Bill founded the Connecticut-based Local United Network to Combat Hunger (L.U.N.C.H.).

As a fund-raiser for L.U.N.C.H. and other charitable organizations, Bill and wife Kay has organized numerous Harry Chapin Legacy tribute shows.^[1]
