- In 1973, Lee Hazlewood released a studio version of this song on his I'll be Your Baby Tonight. This album also includes "Taxi".
- In 1978, Finnish singer Lill Lindfors recorded "Better Place to Be" in Finnish under the title "Tillsammans är Ett Sätt Att Finnas Till". It was released as a single and on the album Du är Det Varmaste Jag Har on the Metronome label. It was later included on the 2002 anthology Guldcorn.
